4. I wanted some duty free but managed to miss the opportunity. Possibly my fault.

7. The chicken in the sweet and sour wasn't that great

Positives

Too many to list!

Flight attendants and crew just wonderful, food nice, aircraft clean and smart. This is a fault picking site not a praise site, so no lengthy compliments, but it was extremely hard to find any faults at all.

Faults Found

1. Top edge of skirting board in bathroom covered with layer of grimy dust. Did not go looking for this - it was clearly visible when sat on the loo. Running a finger along it revealed thick white dust. Probably a lot of it skin flakes...
2. Dust and large crumbs in the corners of the rooms, particularly by the main door. Easily visible without bending down to look. 
3. Elevators ridiculously slow. 
4. Elevator carpet covered with crumbs and bits. This seemed to be true at all times of day, so not just after a day's use. No one vacuums in there, like, ever? 
5. Elevator carpet fraying, with straggly threads very obvious. Come on guys, what does it take to snip those off with a pair of scissors and seal the ends with some super glue? Make an effort. 
6. Room service menu is too limited. Wouldn't kill you to offer more variety in salads and sandwiches. 
7. The self-service coffee in the room tastes like brown water. Seriously. It's undrinkable.  Charge me a couple of dollars more per night and give me something decent. 
8. No complaints about Beau's Grille, but you have wooden plaques outside bragging about achievements from 2004? You realise that was more than ten years ago? 
9. Shower is dreadful and dangerous.  Water pressure is pathetic (don't care what floor I am on, I've been on tenth floors with better showers). After setting the shower to a comfortable warm, and getting in, the temperature oscillates several times per minute between cold and scalding hot. No exaggeration. This happens at 6am and it also happens at 6pm. Get in one and try it. Spent half of my shower time dodging out of the way to avoid burns.

Staff are great and your beds are very comfortable.
